Target group

IT departments and innovation teams at regulated enterprises (banks, insurance companies, Mittelstand) in DACH who need AI capabilities but can't send data to US cloud providers.

Challenges

Enterprise sales and go-to-market. The product is built and tested (17 services, full regression suite). The missing piece is B2B customer acquisition — opening doors at regulated enterprises requires a network and sales expertise that a technical founder doesn't have.

Our Story

After 10 years in regulated finance (Deloitte, then BNP Paribas) I saw the same pattern everywhere: companies want AI but can't use it because their data can't leave the building. Every solution on the market requires sending data to US cloud providers. So I built the alternative — a sovereign AI workstation that runs entirely on the company's own infrastructure. 17 Docker services, one deployment command, full GDPR compliance. No data leaves. No vendor lock-in. Every layer is swappable. I built it alone, in parallel to my full-time job, because I knew from the inside what regulated companies actually need.
