Challenges

In this days with rising interest in personality tests we offer a Win-Win-Win Situation. Fast appointments for the clients, exceptional high salary for the first hour for the therapist in the clinical interview and three digits returns by a super low amount of invest.

Assessment Centers: Working culture changes, a big part of the society (the Babyboomer) are retiring right now with a new generation of highly educated entrants following their big footsteps after a often decade long fidelity too their companies. The new generation is often unfairly discredited as not willed to work. But that's not right. The style of working just changed. Since this topic was also the topic of my Thesis in Psychology I know about the challenges companies are facing. Often the biggest luck is to meet an candidate who will stick to the company for a longer time against the trend of fluctuation.

Long story short: I want to bring companies and candidates together with the goal of arranging a long, happy, and prosper working relationship. With special tests and interviews before during and after the assessment needs should be pointed out on both side as the basis of a stable and successful future. To assure (or try to, you are never 100 percent right) that the characteristics of the company and the candidate complement each other well we try to "look behind the scene". Far away from short timed, delayed and characterized by nervosity typical job interviews, this is meant to find the most competent applicant who perfectly fits in the dynamic of the existing company, team or department.

Our Story

It's more my story since i did it as a one man show with no big budget and made a lucrative testing business fulfilling the highest scientific standards with low costs and an immediate return that makes every side profit massively by just taking the chance and the possibility to offer a highly wanted treatment and doctors winning new patients with the highest possible compliance rates and financially super attractive regularly required examinations.
