What we offer
AI Maid Help is a cloud-based solution for the digitalisation of back-of-house processes in housekeeping, maintenance and internal communication in the hotel industry. As part of a hotel's technology ecosystem, the application integrates with a core PMS. The application is the first to use AI technology in the room cleaning process, helping to meet brand standards and increase efficiency.

Our Story
Even before the pandemic, the hospitality industry was exploring contactless operations, highlighting the growing need for remote property management. It was against this backdrop that the idea for the start-up was born. Two individuals, a business angel and a senior executive with over 40 years experience in the hospitality industry, came together. Our journey began with the recognition of a gap in the market: existing digital tools for housekeeping were available, but lacked comprehensiveness.
Driven by our extensive experience and understanding of the nuances of the industry, we embarked on a mission to fill this gap. The cornerstone of our project was the vision to use AI technology to transform a digital application into an exceptional tool. We wanted to set a new standard in back-of-house operations.
