What we offer

We offer a high responsibility position to manage a Real Estate tokenization project, equivalent to CEO or PM.

Challenges

We have developed an MVP of the product and are currently working with a legal office to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

The main challenges ahead are:

1. Developing an advanced version of the product with a specialized team, which is ready to reach the market. Coordinating the team and communicating the requirements and vision of the product will be responsibility of the co-founder.

2. Building a legal entity with a Real Estate partner, designing the business plan and carrying out the first sale.

3. Working with legal partners to comply with Spanish regulations regarding tokenization, financial markets, KYC/AML, etc.

4. Talking to potential customers and bringing both companies and investors to the platform.

5. Collaborating with companies from different sectors to improve our exposure and promote the platform.

Our Story

Our company was born as a blockchain consulting business and is now focused on product development. The idea of building a Real Estate tokenization platform surged from a real market demand, which has been reaching us ever since we founded the company one year ago. Our company has received numerous requests to tokenize assets and users are demanding tokenized assets at a much higher rate that these are being offered. This imbalance between supply and demand has created an opportunity to unleash the potential of blockchain with a platform that has not yet been built and that is already being demanded by the market.
