CTO wanted for Nova-SmartCity

I’m looking for a Co-Founder CTO who takes ownership, thinks independently, and understands how to turn complex systems into simple, reliable products. Strong experience in mobile or full-stack development is important, as well as the ability to build an MVP using AI tools where it makes sense. Clear communication, responsibility, and a calm way of solving problems are essential. I’m not looking for someone who just codes, but for a partner who cares about the product, the users, and the impact we want to create.

You will define and build the technical foundation of Nova. This includes choosing the tech stack, developing the MVP for mobile/web, shaping the system architecture, and integrating mobility, health and AI components in a clean and scalable way.

You will turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly solutions, set up development processes, ensure code quality, and prepare the product for growth. As Co-Founder, you will also take part in strategic decisions, product prioritization, and support fundraising when needed.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role where you build, decide, and shape the future of the platform from day one.

Challenges

Our biggest challenge is execution on the tech side. We have the vision, plan, pitch deck, numbers, and an early prototype, but due to the complexity of integrating mobility, health, data, and AI, we now need a strong CTO Co-Founder who can lead and build the MVP while we focus in parallel on fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market.
