What you bring to the team
- Several years of experience in software development (fullstack preferred).
- Deep knowledge of modern technologies, frameworks and programming languages (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
- Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps (e.g. AWS, GCP, Docker).
- Hands-on mentality, startup experience is a plus.
- Passion for building innovative products and working in a dynamic environment.

About our project
Your Leadership Co-Pilot
Everyone has heard the quote before - “Employees don't change companies, they change managers”
On the one hand, there is often a low level of employee engagement in companies, which leads to massive productivity losses.
On the other hand, managers often do not have the tools to strengthen team commitment and trust or to develop themselves further.
Ultimately, poor leadership leads to higher turnover and an increased risk of burnout.
Our solution is a “co-pilot” that supports managers to sustainably improve team engagement and retention.
Challenges
I am looking for a Founding Engineer who will ideally develop into the role of CTO.Timeline
Month 0-2: Validation of business case
Month 3-4: Prototype / MVP
Month 5: Preparation for funding via accelerator/incubator and/or business angels
Month 6-7: GTM / Launch
I have 10 years of experience in sales, business development and project management. In my career, I have been involved in the development of three start-ups in the areas of e-commerce, CleanTech and ConTech/PropTech and have accompanied them from their foundation through to Series A and an exit.
My focus is on company building, I cover all commercial topics across organizations with my expertise.
The challenge will be to transform the ideas into a usable product. An application that is not feasible for me due to the complexity of the architecture.
For this reason, I am looking for a Founding Engineer at eye level.
