CTO wanted for Sustainabilty Data Startup

What you bring - "must have":

- Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7 years + proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role within a tech startup or high-growth company
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (check tech stack)
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and data analytics is highly desirable.
- You work collaboratively with your colleagues and consider what is best for the team. Diversity and inclusion are important to you.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Experience managing technology budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The following language skills are a prerequisite: excellent English.

What you bring - "nice to have":

- Handling investor relations and supporting management team to apply for fundings
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- You are an impact-oriented person who wants to work with hand, heart and head for sustainable change.

As our CTO you have the possibility to shape the score4more platform. You will be involved in overall processes of the company, such as strategies and shaping the product. Together with our small but growing tech team of internal and external developers you will work through smaller and bigger challenges, learn, grow and most important: boost sustainability in companies and therefore transform the economy towards a regenerative system.

Flexibility in terms of working hours and location:
Hybrid Working from home or from our office in Potsdam or in other parts of Europe. We make sure that you are well equipped wherever you are.
