2014 I started visiting meetups & talks about the topics of IT, creativity and startups. When I visited them, I started recognizing a fact I haven't thought about before: We humans have the potential for an mind-blowing diversity of interests, skills & thoughts. And what can happen, if we support this individuality, instead of destroying it, goes way beyond our imagination. In my opinion, supporting the individuality of every human being is key if we want to support the potential of everyone. But if we want to do that, it is needed to also make individual education accessible to everyone. And exactly that´s the challenge I give my full attention and passion to: making education individual and easy accessible for everyone. Education, as an combination of inspiration, knowledge and creativity. Because only if you can inspire people to make them interested in a topic, they will start seeing it from a new perspective, develop new creative ideas, evolve old knowledge and finally make education successful.
