After a short time in the senior public service, I became self-employed. Since mid-2021 I have built an Airbnb arbitrage business with 20+ apartments (as of the beginning of 2024) in Larnaka, Cyprus. I built this myself and am currently managing and expanding it.
I'm looking for the next step in my career. I can imagine new projects with external partners, or possibly join another project. I have my own ideas, but I'm also open to interesting ones from others.

Hi! I'm young, ambitious and willing to work hard on an idea for a few years. I am currently self-employed in Cyprus and manage my own vacation rental team with 18 apartments. I rent apartments, renovate, market and manage them profitably.
I have skills in building a company, process building, team leadership, management and a bit of sales. I'm missing good marketing so far, I'll work on that in the next few months.
Even though I set everything up alone, I consider myself a good team player. You have to be that way anyway if you want to lead a team successfully.
