Avid reader but also writer, I have written for years for magazines and had my book published by a major Italian publisher in 2019. I used to play in a punk/rock band in my early 20s. Now I may occasionally play guitar (badly) at home or sing at a karaoke only.
I meditate daily. I completed five 10-day silent meditation retreats (Vipassana) in UK, Italy, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Japan. I also like Qi Gong and yoga and other practices, particularly when I travel to Bali.
Don't worry I am still fun to be around. I can have a beer or wine or a cocktail. Talk about movies or books. Or just about anything. I am interested in investing and finance, I invest mainly in stocks.
