I am Churchill Butalia, a development worker from Kenya. I have been working in the nonprofit sector for more than ten years. I have more than ten years experience in community survey, project formulation and development, community mobilization and development and I am now looking to find a like minded person who might be interested in the nonprofit sector and who might be willing and ready to join me as a co founder to help me , perhaps in managing communication, managing meetings , helping grow the organizations network of supporters and generally help develop and grow my NGO. interested person would benefit from equity interests from the organization
