Introduction

I've been an entrepreneur for 8 years in my own company, have spent the last 5 years in the market and recently was diagnosed with ADHD, which gave me a whole new understanding about what drives and fulfils me.

With a systemic view, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset, I am able to understand the entire business I can improve processes and adopt best practices, manage and mentor teams to achieve goals and targets, and take a product-oriented view that centers on real user needs and reducing lead times for fast validation of ideas, while also managing cross-functional teams.
