I have built and scaled the Customer Success and Onboarding function from scratch for multiple starts. One startup is now a unicorn and another was acquired. I am an experienced executive with experience in many roles from hands-on system administration to monitoring to technical project management, consulting, sales, account management, solution architecture, data center management, product development, regional director, and customer success. I have had as many as 60 direct reports and have overseen organizations of over 2,000 people. I have been customer-facing in every role I've worked in. I have also worked across every vertical. I have worked on global products and with global cross-functional teams.
