I am a planning leader with over 13 years of experience in supply chain management, specializing in data-driven planning, process optimization, and performance improvement. As the Head of Demand Planning at The Quality Group, a leading manufacturer of premium consumer goods, I oversee the tactical and strategic demand planning for raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels across warehouses in Germany.

My core competencies include project management, process engineering, S&OP/IBP, inventory and accounts reconciliation, swaps and tolls contract development and implementation, and third-party manufacturing. I have successfully managed and supported large-scale projects across global supply networks, resulting in significant and measurable improvement in supply chain KPIs. I have also received the T2 Award for Account Management Excellence and founded an NGO to support Nepal earthquake victims.
