Erfahrung in App-Entwicklung (z. B. Flutter/React Native) und Backend (z. B. Firebase/Firestore, APIs), Kenntnisse im App-Deployment (z. B. iOS & Android) sowie Datenschutz & Security (z. B. DSGVO-konforme Umsetzung). Fähigkeit, externe Entwickler/Agenturen zu steuern und Codequalität zu prüfen. Unternehmerisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, perspektivisch ein Entwicklerteam aufzubauen.

Technische Gesamtverantwortung für die App, Auswahl und Steuerung externer Entwickler/Agenturen sowie Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Architektur, Security und Skalierbarkeit. Betreuung von Backend, API-Integrationen und App-Deployment (iOS & Android). Erhält ein umfangreiches UI/UX-Design als Grundlage und baut dieses Schritt für Schritt technisch aus. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer bei Produktentwicklung, Priorisierung und Roadmap sowie perspektivischer Aufbau eines internen Entwicklerteams.
