Das erwartet Dich

- Market Entry: Define and implement a plan for entering the market, including identifying key segments, positioning, and competitive analysis.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, including responsibility for cold customer acquisition.

- Develop Sales Pipeline: Establish a robust sales pipeline that outlines the customer journey from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.

- Securing Seed Capital: Work with the founding team to develop and articulate a compelling vision for our product and platform. Your goal is to ensure that potential investors clearly understand our solution and its market potential.

- Reach: You will be approaching HR executives and company owners as target customers.

- We offer you a 2.500€/month (gross) compensation in the first year. Since we are receiving governmental funding, the condition is that your last university degree must not be older than 5 years.
